Inspired by Stanford University learnings, we work with organizations to develop and implement sustainability strategy and conduct sustainability leadership workshops. In this practice, sustainability covers planetary, human, and self sustainability with a developing country focus.
Honed by many decades of strategic and operational experience in this field, we work with organizations to maximize overall stakeholder value by optimizing strategy, culture, structure, processes, leadership, practices/ways of working, technology, and other levers that drive success.
Backed by years of exposure to Business and Human Resources practices in Asia, USA, and International, we engage with leaders in transition from Asia to the world and vice versa to counsel them to operate effectively in cultures other than their own.
Based on experiences providing strategic planning services to organizations in various industries and teaching the subject in a business school, we help organizations and leaders develop and implement roadmaps which help them realize their ambition and drive excellence in execution.
As a natural extension of the leadership coaching practice and the learnings from Stanford University, we advise leaders to explore the science of longevity and wellness by reflecting on strategies to create a beautiful life, a healthy body, and a calm mind.
